I am trying to get my Arlo to connect to Homekit. It use to work but I had to remove while setting up a doorbell. Now I am stuck "Discovering your device...". It sounds like I need a reset token? Can I have one, please? I just removed and reinstalled the app and that didn't work 😕
Thank you!

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
Thank you

This didn't seem to work. When clicking on Homekit in the Device Settings, the screen is still stuck on "Discovering your device. Please wait".
- My App is updated
- I uninstalled and reinstalled
- I reset my base station twice. Once by unplugging for 3 mins, then plugging back in, and then by "restart" from the app.
Do you have my correct account and base station to ping properly? Any other steps I can take?

Is the phone/device connected to the same network as the base station? Can you try again, I have reset the token. You can also try via a different iOS device.

It looks like a couple of things could have fixed the issue. One, I double-checked I was on the same network. I wasn't. Once on the same network, the Base Station was seen by HomeKit. Then I received the error "Arlo accessory is out of compliance" when attempting to add to HomeKit. So I rebooted (unplugged) the Base Station and uninstalled and reinstalled the Arlo app. Then I was able to add the Base Station to Homekit.
Thank you for the help!
