Anyone else seeing an issue in the Home App where the Arlo camera current view thumbnail image appears black, then after a significant amount of time, finally updates to either a real live view or a past/previous view? Had my Arlo system for a couple years now and normal behavior has always been the last thumbnail displayed until it updated to current view - after a relatively short wait. Now it starts black and seems to either take a very long time to update or never appear accurately.
I'm fully up to date and I've already tried completely resetting and removing the Arlo system from Homekit then re-adding it.

Does this occur on mobile data and wifi?
Do you have iOS 15.4 installed?

I am writing to say that ever since I upgraded to 15.4, I have not seen this issue. Definitely appears to be an improved experience. I didn’t see anything in the update notes indicating a fix
