Had to reset Apple HomeKit and change broadband provider but does not work with Arlo Baby

I’ve had Arlo baby for about 16 months, at the start Arlo connected to my Apple HomeKit instantly and worked without issue. I then reset Apple Home and changed broadband provider so had to set it all up again. Everything is working on Apple HomeKit apart from Arlo Baby. Using the setup HomeKit from within the app it never locates the home to connect to. Using Apple Home app and the HomeKit code never find the camera. I’ve tried turning the power switch off in the camera waiting 10seconds and trying again but nothing has worked. I’d like some help on this please. I’ve been trying to get this working for about 4 months now. Thanks

Unknown as to reason, but since it worked before you reset the apple home and changed broadband providers, I would concentrate my looking in that area.... be it home kit or router
