Where is the customer support phone number. I was just fraudulently charged $4600.00. Yet i cant get help without purchasing a subscription. Your chat bot literally states I’m not entitled to speak to anyone which is ridiculous.

Arlo didn't simply charge you, the card (or payment method) is compromised.  Someone else found your payment credentials (credit card number, etc) and used it to purchase from Arlo.  The first step is to contact your financial institution, since if you do nothing, there will be more charges from other store fronts.  Cancel the card and dispute the charge.

 

One of the mods here - @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC - will create a support ticket on your behalf, and support will reach out to you.  The timing is unfortunate, since Arlo is a US company and won't have normal staff levels this week due to the US Thanksgiving holiday.
