Firestick Camera goes directly to Buffering

I have a smart tv and Alexa and my cameras get along fine.

But with firestick, I get one second on the camera, then it goes to buffering.

Everything else works fine on the firestick, I have plenty of space 2 G....and I have the cameras all set to low video and low flicker rate.  Doesnt solve the issue.

I shut all my programs on the firestick and still doesnt help. 

Network signal good. Firestick says I can handle 1080p but I have the cameras set much lower.

Is there an Arlo tech support department that cares about their customers?

You need a subscription to get phone support.  If your friend has that, they can go into the support area of the app.  They should see a phone support option in there.
