Does the live streaming from Apple HomeKit have any video delay?

So I have Arlo Pro VCM4030 cameras and VMB4000 base station.  Just heard about Apple Home Kit which offers live streaming.  My question is, does the live streaming application have any video delay?  If I set my existing camera to "Camera Positioning" it has about a 4 second delay.  I want to use the camera to help position my car on the ramps to my 4 post lift and I need real time to do this.  The 4 second delay does not help.  Will the new app and  live stream be showinig me real time with no delay?
