Constantly getting the Apple HomeKit "Requesting HomeKit Info..."

@JessicaP I’m also constantly getting the Apple HomeKit "Requesting HomeKit Info..."
Error - I have followed the Troubleshooting steps maybe you can send me a new token?

Hey Solosheep, Truth2121,

 

I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the Base Station to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi,

 

I am trying to connect my cameras to HomeKit.  My base station is VMB4500.  I don't have the HomeKit code to scan, so I didn't use the HomeKit app.   I went into the Arlo app and choose HomeKit.  The screen says Discovering Your device, please wait, but it never finds a device.

Thank you I will try this soon. I also posted a message about the issue I have with Arlo baby can you help with this?
