Cannot connect to homekit

Hi, I have two base stations, both are VMB5000r6

 

I connected one to HomeKit without any issues in about 5 minutes and am able to see the cameras in Home. However, the second one just gets stuck in the discovery step and never moves to the next step.

 

I saw many other people had the same issue and a reset token has helped. Perhaps that will resolve my issue as well.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
