I cannot add my new #VMB5000 Base station to Home Kit. Supposedly a reset token was sent to my device three days ago but it still is not discoverable. I’ve completed the following steps in addition to my initial call: 1-Hard reset (power off/on), 2-In app reset, 3-Reset my modem, 4-Rebooted my iPhone, 5-Removed BS and all connected devices from the Arlo app then re-added it. The Base Station is currently online but unable to connect to HomeKit still.

Just checking again to see if anyone has a possible solution when none of the aforementioned steps nor the reset token have fixed my issue. Is it possible that the base station is defective in some way?

More likely that you need a second token reset.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
