Can't view CVR recording on Echo Show 8 for Ultra but other cameras work fine?

My ultras with cvr recording cant be viewed on my echo show 8. But all the other cameras i have hooked to the same base (models arlo pro from 2018) are able to be viewed. Can anyone please help?

Can you see live view on Show?  I never could see the actual CVR or recordings on any Echo product. I did get notifications though. I don't have the Show or CVR anymore but I only could use live view when I had it and now on on my Amazon Firestick via TV. It is not the same as the Arlo app if that is what you were expecting. If something changed someone correct me.
