I can’t connect my hub to Apple HomeKit. It just says something like “This accessory can not be connected to HomeKit” but all the specs says that it should work.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Are you following the guide?
If you see "Library" in your app menu, then follow this one:
If instead you see "Dashboard" and "Feed", then follow this one:
Note you are following the instructions for "without a setup code".
If that doesn't work, you probably need Arlo to do a token reset. Post back if that is the case.
