Can't connect Arlo Ultra 2 Base Station to Apple HomeKit

When I try to pair my Arlo Ultra 2 hub to HomeKit, I get an “Unable to add accessory. This accessory cannot be used with HomeKit. I’ve tried everything I’ve read online and nothing works.

I have the latest version 1.21.1.0_1431_9611cf3. How can I solve this?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
