I accidentally set up Arlo essential cameras and doorbell to connect to WiFi instead of hub, which resulted in not seeing all my cameras in Apple HimeKit.  I have since reset all the cameras to connect to the SmartHub, rebooted the hub, removed the hub from Apple and rewarded it twice, rebooted my HomeKit and my phone, still no luck. Any suggestions?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

Thank you.

I removed the Arlo bridge from Apple, unplugged/replugged the Arlo base. Added it back to HomeKit and the issue remains.

the only camera showing is the spotlight.  The rest of my cameras are Essentials and one brand new doorbell.

You can try logging out of the account and logging back in. Then following the steps for setting up without a code. If this does not work the other option would be to reset the basestation, keep in mind if the basestation is reset, you would need to add the cameras again.

Essential Gen 2?  Arlo hasn't rolled out homekit support for Gen 2 doorbells and cameras (yet).

Thank you! That would certainly explain it.   Ya they are all brand new.  Any ideas of when Apple will support it? Seems like it should be simple (?)

No idea when it will be rolled out.  There will likely be an announcement here when it happens.
