Base Station VMB5000 wont connect to Homekit Please Help!!!!

Hi,

 

I am having an issue with connecting my Base Station VMB5000 to Apple Homekit. I have tried connecting via the Apple Home App and I receive an error. I have also tried adding the base station to Homekit via the Arlo app, but it just gets stuck at adding an accessory.

 

From what I have read online I need a reset token sent to my base station. Do others have any insight on my issues?

What is the serial number associated with your base station/SmartHub?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
