Arlo pro won’t discover home kit

My Arlo pro base station is stuck trying to discover home kit and never discovers it. I’ve read that base station needs a token reset. Please help.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

I also need a token reset to connect the Smarthub from the Arlo Ultra 2 to the Apple HomeKit.

Can you do this for me as well?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
