To be able to deep charge the pro2 cameras you need to use a charger that is compatible with the Qualcomm USB C format that can charge at 9vdc.
To float charge the battery you can get away with using a standard 5v charger but not all generic versions provide 5.1vdc that the camera needs, usually 4.9v under load.

I think you mean Qualcomm Quick Charge (since the Pro 2 doesn't use USB C).

TBMK,
The PRO requires a qualcom type charger with dual voltage of 5 & 9 v....
The PRO2 allowed the use a normal 5v micro usb charger ( after the first production release ).
Either way it will not hurt the came/battery with either model to put in a 5v usb. It just won't charge the battery in the units that require the qualcom type dual voltage.
