Arlo cameras in HomeKit Favorites depletes battery within 5-7 days? How to stop auto-refreshing?

I love the new option in tvOS 14 for Apple TV 4K that allows you to view the Arlo cameras on the big screen. To do this cameras have to be added to "Include in favorites".  When Arlo cameras are added to HomeKit Favorites/Home Screen the constant refresh kills the batteries within 5-7 days. Is there a known setting that can stop the auto refresh while in favorites?

If your batteries from your Arlo camera is draining fast, I would suggest to contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

I agree. Thought this was a nice addition to HomeKit until I learned about the constant refresh. I am removing them until it’s possible to disable this feature. Thank you!
