Arlo, arlo pro, friend account and smartthings

I do not see friend access working with smartthings.

Is this a bug?

I see that my friend can do all administrative tasks on arlo app but cannot use smartthings since I do not have smartthings and my friend does.

Could you provide more details on what your setup is and what you are trying to do? Also, when using the Grant Access feature, be sure you have the "Allow access rights" toggle checked on for the shared user to have maximum access.

Hi,

I have seen the grant access works only with the arlo app.

Since my friend has smartthigns setup and I do not, and since, I have anyway granted him administrative access which he can see on the arlo app, it only makes sense for him to have that access on smartthings since nothing changes for him.

However, right now, when he connects his account on smartthings, he does not see the cameras/base station in the available devices.

It seems like a bug.
