Arlo app adds more cameras then I have setup in Homekit

Hi there,

 

I purchased a 3 Pack Arlo Pro 3 with Smarthub from Costco. I moved two existing Pro 3 cameras that I have to the new SmartHub as they didn't reach the main SmartHub in the house from the garage. When I add the new SmartHub to Homekit it adds 3 more camera's on top of the existing 2. I know that the pack comes with 3-Pro 3 Cameras but I am looking of using those at the Cabin with an existing SmartHub that I have there. How do I remove these 3 no response camera's from the Home app?

Hi Mad90,

 

Try the following steps to see if this helps:

  1. Launch the Arlo app.
  2. Tap Settings > HomeKit.
  3. Select a device under DEVICES ADDED TO HOMEKIT.
  4. Tap Remove Device at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Read the pop-up banner.
  6. If you’re sure you want to remove the device, tap Remove Device.
    The device is removed from HomeKit.
