Hello,
I went through all the post concerning the “no response” problem in Home App on iOS and Apple TV and I haven’t been able to resolve my issues.
I contacted the chat support and they send me to the same support page or a phone number which is available for the first 90 days of purchase. So … I’m trying here.
What should I do to have the stream working in HomeKit. In the app all is working great, I reinstalled the base station in HomeKit , restarted the appletv which is the HomeKit hub and then the Arlo base station and still no stream.
My model number is VMB5000r4 ant the firmware is up to date!
The Arlo app on the appletv is not working anymore.
Can someone help me please?
