The status in SmartThings for my Arlo Cameras is no longer updating. After changing the batteries in 3 cameras the Arlo app battery status for the 3 cameras updated to 100%, but for three days now the SmartThings app shows battery levels as they were prior to battery change. I have went into ST app “Linked services” and hit refresh for the Arlo devices, but apparently the refresh did nothing to update the battery status. When checking the timestamp in SmartThings for the battery status, it is still showing the battery level prior to battery change and the timestamp is 3 days old. Any ideas?.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that helps?
