Arlo doorbell suddenly stop ringing on Echo Dot

My Arlo doorbell suddenly stopped ringing on the Echo Dot some days ago but my other Echo Pop are working fine. Does anyone has the same issue? Thanks.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I've unlink the Echo Dot with Alexa app, then reset the Echo Dot and add it to Alexa again.

Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this symptom you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to the Profile icon > Support Center > Select device > contact

Hi, I can find Profile icon > Support Center, but there are only Support Center and Community there and no device.  The Arlo is supported by Verisure.  How can I contact the support team?  Thanks.

Are you using the app?  Or are you using a browser?

 

Also, are you using the primary account?  Or are you using a "Friend" account.

 

FWIW, I see my devices when I use the app to access the support center, and the scroll down below "Resources" and "Support Requests".
