I have the new Arlo Pro 3 system and when I try to add it in Smartthings it says there are no reported devices (or I do not own any devices). I have 4 cameras and I have deleted and added them back into the new Arlo app multiple times. This is error shows up with the new Smartthings app and the old one. My firmware on all device is the most recent version.

Any ideas?

I don't believe the Pro 3 and the Ultra work with Smartthings (at least not yet).

I certainly don't know, and I haven't seen anything announced.

I haven't seen any new Arlo/Smartthings integration for at least a year. I think that since Arlo is moving in the direction of subscription based access to videos that Arlo will no longer support Smartthings with any new products. This is a pity as the reason I went with Arlo is due this integration. I now have too much money invested in Arlo products to switch brands now, but I am very disappointed.
