Arlo Essential Indoor does not integrate with SmartThings

Good afternoon! According to the Arlo help pages, Arlo Essential is supported by SmartThings: https://kb.arlo.com/000062278/What-smart-home-and-voice-assistant-systems-can-I-use-with-my-Arlo-dev... However, I have one issue with my two Arlo Essential Indoor Cameras (VMC2040 model): When I create ST Routines to record with them (when motion is detected), the cameras don't record. In contrast, I also have three Arlo Pro cameras connected to the Arlo hub (VMS4330 model), and everything works perfectly: The ST Routines I set up work perfectly, and the cameras record when motion is detected. Can you help me understand if I may set up my Arlo Essential Indoor Cameras so that the routines record a clip when movement is detected? Or is this not possible with the Essential Indoor? For your information, I have configured my Essential cameras as part of the Arlo Hub and have also connected them directly to the Internet. In both cases, they don't work well with SmartThings. Thank you!

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Thanks, Shayne. I have done the following: Unlink the two apps (ST and Arlo) and connect again. Hard reset the Arlo Essential Indoor cameras. Connect the Essential cameras to the Hub. Connect the cameras directly to the wifi. When connected to wifi, set the cameras mode to disarmed (also armed).

I'm using an Android phone.

No, I'm not receiving any recording to local storage from the Essential indoor camera. Actually, I didn't know that I could record locally. Can you let me know how I could do that?

The Arlo development team is currently investigating reports of this behavior with the SmartThings integration. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.

I am having this issue with my Indoor Arlo Essential wired camera. I am not using SmartThings, but still my camera is not recording upon motion to my app.

After adding to the Base station, can you also try adjusting the sensitivity to at least "80" to see if a motion event is triggered and recorded locally.
