Arlo Essential Doorbell issue announcing Alexa notifications

My essential door will not show notifications on Echo Show 8 (1st gen) but if i command Alexa to show doorbell, it does show live.  It just wont show announcements on Echo Show when the doorbell is pressed

You can enable your Amazon Alexa devices to announce when someone presses your Arlo doorbell or when the doorbell detects motion. Have you tried to turn silent mode OFF/ON. Is silent mode on in general?
