I have already spoken to directly to support, and was instructed to instead post to the community discussions in order to request a firmware update for the Arlo Baby. Currently, the Arlo Baby cam is only configured to allow one device to view the Arlo Baby feed at a time. This is in contrast to other homekit-enabled cameras, and has been confirmed to not be a limitation on Apple's end, but rather a limitation imposed by how the Arlo Baby cam is configured. I really like the camera's functionality (temperature, humidity, air quality, homekit support), and am disappointed to see the product discontinued, but I hope Arlo will consider updating the ABC1000 firmware to better support homekit.
