Arlo Doorbell Calls, Alexa and IPad freezing and not connecting

Hey,

I have following Problem:

I have the possibiity to test 2 Arlo Wirefree Doorbells in different setups. 

First one: One Doorbell, 2 Android phones, Alexa Show.

Overall working so far. Calls are coming and the Show shows a Live Feed when i ask Alexa. But the Problem here is: If Someone pushes the Bell then the Phones are ringing and Show telling me someone is at the door- if i ask Alexa to show me the stream -> it will load forever. When the calls are stopped i can ask Alexa again and its working. So technically its kinda useless. I can see a live feed when noone is at the door but if so i can't. Also tried a non stop live stream - if someone pushes the bell the video is stopped and alexa is kinda crashing.

Same with the other Setup: 2 Iphones 1 IPad 1 Doorbell

The Ipad is the Smart Home central station at the wall. The idea is if someone rings you can look at the Ipad. 2 Calls are coming on the Iphones and aswell on the Tablet but the same Problem. If i use the answer call on the Tablet it will load forever- afterwards its working again.

Any things i can try?
