I am unable to connect my Arlo Base Station to my Apple Homekit. When trying to set this up no devices were found, I tried to restart the hub but that didn't work. I uninstalled the Arlo app and reinstalled it and now the option to connect to Homekit doesn't show up. Do i need my homekit token to be reset and if so how can i get this done. I've tried to call the support phoneline but no one answers. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like your base station may need a token refresh. What is the serial number associated with your base station?

I'm having the exact same issue and see that token refreshes have helped. Arlo, could I also have a token refresh please? Thank you!

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Thanks but homekit is still not showing as an option for me when I select the Base Station. Is there any other troubleshooting I can try?

Could try factory resetting the base station, keep in mind this will require that you resync all cameras as well.

If you haven't already, you might want to verify that the Arlo app has access to HomeKit. I noticed the HomeKit option completely disappears if you disable Arlo's access.
iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > HomeKit
