Arlo And HomeKit No Longer Works

Need some help please... My arlo base station and cameras suddenly stopped working with apple
homekit (all cameras show as unresponsive). Ive tried to setup HomeKit via the arlo secure app but it just sits in the "Discovering your device. Please wait” message but nothing happens.
Seems like others with this problem have been solved with a token reset from arlo support?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Rebooted our base station and still doesn't work. When I go click HomeKit Set up from the Arlo app all I get is Discovering your device. Please wait but it just hangs there. Base station is VMB4000r3 with FW 1.20.0.3_4162_a114662. This used to work. Help?

I have reset them again, you can try removing and reinstalling the Arlo app.

No luck. Unplugged/replugged the base station & downloaded & re-installed the Arlo app but still same results.

Do you have another device you can try and add to HomeKit with, this has been helpful in the past. I don't want to suggest the factory reset method if possible.
