Hi,

I am now unable to connect my Base Station VMB4000r3 to Apple HomeKit. I an trying to add via T

the Arlo app. The message “Discovering your device. Please wait” just does nothing.

This was working in the past.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

I’m having the same problem and have the same base station.

All firmware is up-to-date.

Could I also get a token reset, please.
