Apple HomeKit token reset needed for VMB4540

My Apple HomeKit connection to Arlo Hub seems to have been lost during Arlo's last app update (or during free trial of cloud-based AI features in late 2025).

 

Please initiate a token reset for my Arlo Smart Hub VMB4540.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
