The Apple HomeKit person notification option is disabled and I have an active Smart Subscription for the camera. How do I enable it?

Hi timoteo2021,

 

The notification you receive on your Mac is not related with the Arlo Smart feature; the Arlo Smart feature functions only within the Arlo app.

 

This notification alert is based on your macOS/iOS device. You can read more about it here: Get alerts at a certain time or when someone arrives or leaves
