Another token request please

I have a VMB4000r3 that gets stuck when trying to have the device connect to HomeKit.  On the "Discovering your device. Please wait." page, the device is never found.  Others have asked for a token to resolve this issue.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
