Hello,
I began setup of my system the other day by adding a camera through my VMB4540 base station. I then followed the instructions to add the base station to HomeKit, and it worked, with the first camera viewable from the Home app. I added a second camera, also through the base station. Everything shows up on the Arlo app, but the first camera shows not responding on the HomeKit app, and the second camera will not show up at all. I'd like to add more today, but before I do, I want to be sure this is resolved.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
You will want to use the instructions to set up without a code.

I have tried resetting it a couple of times now, but when I tap the name of the device, HomeKit is not listed…

Here is the latest: I removed everything from my account, the Base Station and two cameras (Pro 5s). I was able to successfully add the base station back, and it now shows the HomeKit option (I have not added it to HomeKit yet). However, now it will not detect the two cameras I have removed.
I can add the cameras without using the base station just fine, and tried that with both, then removed them, and tried to add them with the base station again, and had no luck. Any ideas?

I once again removed my base station, but this time, I let it sit unplugged for about 20 minutes. When I tried again, everything added as it should, At least in my account. However, in HomeKit, all cameras say “Device Not Responding.”

Do you have a homekit hub? (not the same as an Arlo smarthub).
If not, is the phone connected to your home wifi?

Yes, I use an Apple TV 4K as a HomeKit hub.
So here's the interesting part: I checked early this morning, and...what do you know?...all cameras were accessible on HomeKit. I was connected to my home WiFi, and after reading about some issues with that, I checked again with WiFi turned off. Still working! Turned WiFi back on, and went about my morning.
Before I left the house, I went to reply here saying it was all fixed, and must have just needed some time to sync, but when I checked again, there it was: Everything shows "No Response."
Not sure what could cause that...

Do you have other homekit devices? If you do, are they giving the same error?

Everything else is working as it should...though I do not have any other cameras on it.

@StephenB Interesting…I got home from work, and it was working again while on my WiFi. Turned WiFi off, no longer working!

The Apple TV Hub is showing online, and all other devices are working. One of the devices is a Philips Hue hub which connects through the HomeKit hub.

Is the apple home app showing that the cameras are connected to the Apple TV hub?

It shows them connected to the Arlo Bridge, which shows connected to Apple Home. I'm not sure how to check if it is connected to the Apple TV hub directly or not...

I checked on the Apple TV itself, and the cameras are visible on there...

Is your homekit now working or are you still seeing the same behavior?
