Do you see the same thing on both accounts? The old user interface (UI) uses Library to view recordings while the new one uses Feed. If both do not use Feed, the one with the old UI must migrate to the new UI. You can do this by choosing to add a Pro5, security system or any of the new Essential 2 cameras to that account, even though you don't have any such device. The first step is to migrate the account. When that's complete, you can simply back out of the installation. You should then have both accounts using the new UI.
The account that is being shared to will need to click on Home near the top of the screen. Each user gets his own Home location so that account has to choose the bottom choice to see the shared cameras. I suggest renaming Home to identify which account is being seen.
