Why is the lag time so slow from movement outside camera and notification that its happening?

I have 2  Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras and the doorbell camera.

This could be due to camera positioning. Motion detect works best across the cameras field of view and within 23 feet of the PIR sensor.
