Arlo support for Homekit secure video for recording?

I understand that Arlo has limited support for HomeKit Secure Video. However, it does not allow recording for video. Does Arlo plan to support this feature (full access)? If not, this is simply a money grab. Devices used to allow for 7 days of free cloud access, and most devices no longer do. If you do not plan to support, give me a good reason to remain a Arlo customer going forward.

Arlo does not currently plan to support Apple HomeKit Secure Video, but we will support a range of other features that will enable Arlo cameras to participate in the HomeKit ecosystem.
