"Fire" Alert
Why does the "Fire" Alert keep going off on 2 of our Arlo cameras? I have sent clips to Arlo without a response.

Sorry to hear that the Fire Detection feature not performing as expected for you. This feature remains in Beta and we're actively working on optimizing the accuracy.
Your experience is valuable in helping us to improve. Please donate the videos where the feature falsely detected fire. This will provide our team with data to help improve the detection algorithm. One of our product managers will also reach out to you directly to follow up on your specific issue.
Going forward, we're working on in-app feedback to make it even easier to report issues like this in the future. Thanks for your patience and for helping us make Arlo features better!
