The Feed portion of the APP doesn't work properly.

Hello,

 

This is on the iPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest iOS.

 

First off, the APP Is great, but sometimes with every other update of the APP it breaks the feed such that the thumbnails run together. Also, sometimes when selecting multiple events, the radio button to select an entire day's worth of videos goes away. Also, when you rotate the display to view a video, and then stop the video and the display goes back to portrait mode, that is usually when the Feed display goofs up. I have to close and reopen the APP to get it to work properly.

 

My ask is, would you please test this functionality before releasing each patch?

We do test every software release before it goes out, but with the wide variety of devices and software versions our users have, it’s not always possible to catch every issue. That said, we’re actively working on improvements to Feed and focusing on enhancing the overall user experience. We really appreciate your feedback and will definitely keep it in mind as we continue refining our updates.
