Someone with Shared Access should be able to Download clips and still stay “read-only”

It's great having a Pro 3 in an owl box, with hours and hours of clips every day as each season’s new brood of baby owls grow and eventually fledge. I’ve given my wife shared access to the camera, but not “Full Access Rights” so she doesn’t accidentally change any settings, sound the alarm, turn on the light, etc.  As a result, when my wife wants to share interesting clips on, say, Facebook, she needs to ask me to download each clip and send it to her.  It would be much better if, when she is browsing through all the clips recorded each day, she were able to download clips herself.
