New App is not user friendly

I depend on my Arlo cameras to keep an eye on my Autistic Grandson.  They've been a lifesaver but the new app makes it very hard.  Also, the cameras are no longer triggering.  I miss events which is how I have always been able to keep an eye on him but since the change I can no longer trust my cameras.  I am having to consider changing after being with Alro for years.  What can we do to make what we have work so we don't have to switch systems?

If your cameras are no longer triggering, you may need to take a look at your active modes to make sure they contain rules telling the cameras to trigger.
