This can happen if the primary account holder has updated their in-app experience to the new version but the shared user has not. For the granted access user to move to the latest in-app experience, they should see a banner at the top of the devices tab that will trigger the migration. If they do not see the banner, try tapping the "+" in the top right corner of the Arlo app and select a Pro 5 camera as if you were onboarding a new device. This will prompt the app to update to latest user experience.
