Open without permission

Yesterday i found the camera eye opened without my permission.  How can i be sure to have my privacy?

Yes, I'm using Arlo infor camera.

The privacy shield on our Essential Indoor camera opens when the camera is armed. What mode was your camera on? Also, are you using the CVR functionality on your Essential Indoor camera?

We was at home, the camera is just on line but not armed. 

The mechanical eye have to open only if I select it. My fear is that other people, out of our familiar group ad selected it....

Please visit our privacy center where you will be able to see a full list of the devices that have access to your Arlo system. There, if you notice any suspect activity, you will be able to log out an unwanted device. Let us know if you notice anything off.
