video link still not showing up in email alerts and library on 1 of 2 cameras

I read there were problems with the cloud service. But, I started having problems viewing the links in my email on 1 of 2 cameras on 3/12/16. There is no video in the library for that one. the other camera is fine and alerts on that one show the link and video in the email. The live video is working fine. There is also a problem with the time stamp on the email alerts. way off on the broken link camera. Please help me figure this out!

It sounds like you are only experiencing the issue on one camera? Are you still seeing the same behavior or was this only occurring on that one day?

I have four cameras, the first day only one camera did recording on Library, the second day all of cameras were not recording at all. Also no notification.

Look at the running men on the Cameras tab - to record, they have to be black. If they're gray, no recording will happen. If that's the case, you have to set a mode to be active (Mode tab, select your base, and choose at least Armed). It would be a good idea to create your own modes with custom settings to your liking and maybe set up a schedule.

Thank you for the reply. Cameras tab, runing man is black. When I clicked Live arrow in the center, the runing man changed to gray. Now, I do not have notification or recording. Please let me know other possibliities to make it work. Thanks!

On Mode, I selected ARMED. I click pencil next to it, 4 cameras are ON MOTION. So I click pencil at each camera, I set MOTION SENSITIVITY at 50. HOW LONG DO YOU WANT TO RECORD for 60S. ALERT: selected both. Thanks!

Problems solved. I was put cameras next to the window and inside of glass box. It could not detect the motions. Do Not put cameras next to window and give a little bit distance. : )
