trouble viewing the live feed via the web portal

I am having trouble viewing the live feed via the web portal via the Chrome browser.  I get a "Please Wait" message over the recent full-color still of the feed or a "Getting Status" over a greyed-out still of the feed.  The iOS live feed function works fine as does (surprisingly) Internet EXPLODER 11.  Any ideas?

Live view requires Flash but Chrome's implementation is built-in.  Maybe Chrome needs an update?
