How many video clips per minute with 15 sec. adjustment.I think its wery slow .One wideo clip per minute

That depends on various things including motion detection.  If the motion is in a weak area (motion directly to/from the camera, long distance, f'rinstance) the camera may well not trigger a second/third/etc. video. Perhaps a longer (or shorter?) video time would help as would a different camera location to help with ensuring motion detection.
