Lately I am getting the message No Shared Recordings Found when I attempt to access video from an email link for two of my cameras. These videos have not been deleted from the server, and I can still access them on the browser, but not via the email link. One of these camera's videos has ceased being accessible completely. The other behaves inconsistently e.g. for last night some videos are accessible and some aren't.

 

I am the registered user. I've check the settings for all the cameras and they seem to be set up the same way. I haven't changed anything. What could be going on?

The links only last for 24 hours.  Is it possible that you're using expired links?

No. This is activity captured during the night. I check my notifications each morning.

I have not been able to replicate any issues viewing shared links. Is this an isolated event or are you consistently seeing this behavior? As jguerdat mentions above, links last 24 hours and then expire or until they are deleted.
