picture quality is zoomed in on the recordings

Hello - I just viewed my recording this week for the first time and realized the picture quality is zoomed in on the recordings, the sound is fine. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this so that I can see the whole video just like what I see on the cloud?

It isn't normally... Is it your player  ( for the mp4 videos ) ?

Try another video player just in case.

VLC media player works well and is free
