Welcome to the community! The Arlo app adheres to the language to which the phone is set. Consider reinstalling the Arlo app. Let us know if you are still experiencing this issue after a fresh install. Please also let us know your iphone iOS version.

There is a known issue with the app on iOS9. Please refer to the following thread:
Language app changed from Dutch into English after update iOS9
We are currently working with Apple to release an update for the Arlo app.
