iPad app not reporting camera activations

my iPad app is not reporting camera actions although when you look in the library the recordings are there. App on iPhone reports correctly

Jonh113,

 

Check your ipad settings to make sure notifications are enabled. If you're still having issues, consider reinstalling the Arlo app on the Ipad to further isolate the issue.
